What is life coaching?

Life coaching is the art and science of strategic facilitation and collaborative relationship between client and coach. It is future focused on forward momentum. Coaches assist clients from feeling stuck at point A to arriving to point B to achieve their personal set goals and unlock their potential.

How do sessions work?

Sessions are all done over phone calls 1:1. All calls are 60 minutes in length.

Can coaching help with stress?

Yes, we nurture emotional and spiritual well-being to ease stress. Many clients report increased sense of inner peace and self awareness, decreased stress, improved relationships, increased productivity, and greater overall fulfillment and direction in life.

When will I see results?

You get what you put in. Clients who desire change and are willing to put in the necessary work of self reflection, will see results. Coaches cannot guarantee results, but they can certainly assist/guide clients through the art of skilled listening and application of theory based methodology. Each clarity call is well documented for the client's benefit, so they can tangibly see results week by week.
